Eligibility: Any swimmer who is a member of SaddleBrooke Swim Club or Dolphins of the Desert with a valid 2026 USMS registration. Unattached swimmers are not eligible.

Facility: The Desert View Pool is located within the SaddleBrooke community at 39900 S Clubhouse Dr, Tucson, AZ. 85739. This is an outdoor 6-lane, 25-yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines. Lanes 3 thru 6 will be used for competition. Lane 1 will be reserved for continuous warm-up and cool down. Lane 2 will be a buffer lane. The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1.

Event 10 is an unofficial fun event and will not be recognized by USMS for official results. Swimmers may use any stroke they like for this event. Though unofficial, this event will count toward the 6 event limit.

Timing: The primary timing system will be manual timing with two watches. Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS Top 10 consideration, but not for USMS records.

Rules: 

• 2026 USMS rules apply.
• All events are timed finals.
• Swimmer’s age is as of the day of the meet.

Results: At the conclusion of the meet, results will be available through SwimPhone and MeetMobile. The results, including splits, will also be available through AZLMSC.org.

Entries and fees: 

• There are no entry fees for this event.
• Coaches must provide the individual event entries for their teams to the Meet Director by 12pm, March 25, 2026.
• Changes are allowed throughout the day of the meet.
• Swimmers may swim up to 6 individual events.
• Anyone with COVID-19 like symptoms cannot compete or enter the facility.

Relays:

• There is no limit on relays, swimmers may swim Men/Women and Mixed for each distance and stroke.
• Relay entries are to be turned in at the Clerk of the Course table before the start of competition.
• Coaches may send their relay entries, prior to the day of the meet, to the Meet Director at Larry.JohnSBSC@gmail.com

Awards:

            Neither individual nor team points will be tabulated, and no awards will be presented.
